As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the design, test, and go-live technical aspects ensuring delivery of web, media, compute and security solutions
• Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers delivering value with every engagement
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic customers
• Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure value and usability from our products
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementation

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8yrs experience and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Have hands-on experience with web applications, cloud platforms, DevOps frameworks and an understanding of TCP/IP networks
• Be proficient in one or more web development languages, methodologies or architectures
• Have experience working with difficult customers
• Demonstrate experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services
• Display communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate highly technical information in a concise manne
