Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical contact for accounts and account managers within your assigned territory.
  • Understand customers’ goals and objectives, and communicate how Elastic’s offerings address their unique needs.
  • Build and maintain value-driven relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
  • Participate in all phases of the sales process—from discovery to securing the technical win.
  • Deepen your expertise in Elastic products to showcase their value in sales meetings, meetups, and conferences.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the sales team on positioning Elastic’s products, solutions, and services effectively.
  • Create tailored collateral, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to programs that meet individual customer needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights on needs, gaps, and potential product enhancements with engineering and leadership teams.
  • Pursue personal and professional growth by expanding both your technical and sales skills through self-driven learning and Elastic’s development programs.
