Currently, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
Position Title: Senior Solutions Architect
Location: Colombia (Remote)

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you should possess:

MAIN SKILLS:

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, SQL).
  • Deep understanding of software architecture design and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with integration technologies, API design, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Advanced skills in digital transformation, business process modeling, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

SECONDARY SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with logistics and transportation systems, regulations, and industry-specific tools.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and environmental considerations in IT solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and mentor developers.
  • Experience with customer engagement, requirements gathering, and solution-oriented consulting.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Datadog, and MuleSoft for workflow management and debugging.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and innovative technical solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and select technology frameworks, focusing on cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices.
  • Design scalable technology solutions for logistics and transportation, emphasizing efficiency, data analytics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster technical growth and innovation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting solution roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of systems, creating detailed process flows, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the technology evaluation and vendor selection processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends, incorporating proven frameworks into solution designs.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and training for diverse audiences.
