As our platform continues to evolve, we're looking for a hands-on Senior Solutions Architect who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and connecting applications, infrastructure and data into one scalable technology landscape. You will define architectural standards, drive key technology decisions and ensure our platform is built to scale as we continue to grow across Europe. * Design and continuously evolve the overall solution architecture across our lending, factoring and SaaS platforms. * Connect applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data platforms and third-party solutions into a scalable and maintainable technology landscape. * Define architectural principles, technology standards and integration patterns that enable efficient software delivery. * Evaluate, design and implement integrations with third-party platforms, APIs and modern AI-powered solutions. * Translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions. * Support the integration of new businesses and technologies as part of Teylor's growth and M&A strategy. * Drive architectural improvements with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, security and operational excellence. * Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, modernize and automate our technology landscape while avoiding unnecessary complexity. * Several years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect or in a comparable senior technical role. * Proven experience designing scalable, distributed software architectures in modern cloud environments. * Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, microservices and event-driven architectures. * Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and modern software development practices. * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams. * Professional English language skills. * Experience in FinTech, SaaS or another regulated industry is a plus. * Knowledge of technologies such as Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL or similar modern technology stacks. * Experience with AI-enabled solutions, automation technologies or cloud-native * The opportunity to shape the architecture of a rapidly growing European FinTech. * High ownership, short decision-making paths and the freedom to make a real impact. * An international, collaborative team that values pragmatic thinking and continuous improvement. * Modern technologies, challenging technical problems and the opportunity to build solutions at scale. * A hybrid working model with flexibility and trust. * A culture that encourages learning, knowledge sharing and personal growth.
