As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead complex cloud transformations, provide strategic guidance, and own technical delivery for major initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating technical challenges into scalable solutions that balance performance, security, and cost-efficiency. The position emphasizes autonomy, hands-on problem solving, and strategic influence across diverse client environments. Accountabilities Design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions that balance performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Engage with clients and C-level executives to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable solutions. Lead cloud transformation initiatives, including migrations, governance frameworks, and long-term optimization strategies. Define best practices for cloud infrastructure, operations, automation, and cost management (FinOps). Solve complex technical problems proactively, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions across client environments. Guide and mentor technical teams, providing leadership on architecture, design decisions, and engineering standards. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and measurable impact on outcomes. track record of cloud cost optimization and FinOps. Hands-on technical leadership experience guiding engineering teams and defining cloud best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with experience addressing complex technical challenges and cloud transformations. Experience in cloud solution design, pre-sales, stakeholder management, and translating business goals into technical roadmaps. Client-facing experience, comfortable engaging with executives and technical teams in consultative scenarios. Strong software development background (2+ years) for implementing and validating solutions. Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment while managing ambiguity and shifting priorities. Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills to advocate for best practices and influence decisions. Desirable Skills Experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, or technology consulting environments. Knowledge of multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud architectures and large-scale cloud migration projects.
