JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing team at Storyblok. You’ll drive successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing solution design for our strategic accounts. You will design, prototype, and guide implementations of Storyblok in different environments. You will work closely with the product, partner, and customer success teams to come up with tailored solutions that address the challenges of our enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architect, solutions engineering, technical consultant or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs).
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage.
  • Strong command of the English language.
