What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will drive the technical sales cycle, working hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to secure new partnerships and expand existing relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Strategic Solution Design: Lead in-depth discovery sessions with a diverse set of stakeholders (from agents to C-suite executives) to understand business challenges and architect tailored, value-based technical solutions on the Zendesk platform. Proof of Value (PoV) and Demonstrations: Design, configure, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that vividly bring the proposed solution to life and showcase measurable return on investment (ROI). Technical Authority: Serve as the technical expert for both Enterprise and Mid-Market engagements, skillfully addressing functional, technical, security, and competitive aspects of the sales process, including detailed RFI/RFP responses. AI and Automation Implementation: Demonstrate practical expertise in implementing customer experience automation, Generative AI use cases, and intelligent routing to show prospects how to achieve operational efficiency and service excellence. Collaboration and Enablement: Act as the technical feedback loop, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to influence the future roadmap and ensure regional needs are met. Thought Leadership: Travel as needed to engage with customers and prospects across South Korea and Asia, presenting at field events and becoming a known domain expert in the region. What You Bring to the Role Basic Qualifications We recognize that great talent comes from many places. Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or equivalent customer-facing commercial role within the Enterprise SaaS or CX software industry. Language Fluency (Mandatory): Native-level fluency in Korean and Business-level fluency in English (written and verbal) to effectively support global and local teams, and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of Enterprise SaaS solution architecture, including APIs, web/scripting technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON), and middleware/integration concepts. Sales Cycle Expertise: Proven experience successfully managing all technical aspects of a sales cycle, from initial discovery through RFI/RFP response and successful pilot/POC execution. Automation Experience: Practical experience implementing and demonstrating complex customer experience automation solutions and Generative AI use cases (e.g., intelligent self-service, routing, virtual assistants) to achieve measurable business outcomes. Travel: Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to customer sites and Zendesk offices as required. Preferred Qualifications These skills will help you stand out and hit the ground running: Domain expertise in key industries relevant to the Korean and APAC markets. Previous experience as a consultant implementing large-scale enterprise software solutions. Deep knowledge of the Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), or IT Service Management (ITSM) market landscapes and peripheral technologies. Experience in value-based selling methodologies, detailed discovery, and superior solution scoping abilities.
