We are now recruiting for a Senior Solution Designer to join our growing team in the Northern Europe Hub.
The Senior Solution Designer is responsible for creating and delivering material handling solutions during the sales phase, working closely with both the client and the wider TGW sales team to capture the requirements and deliver order winning proposals.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand the customer requirements, processes & data, and draw conclusions which enable clear direction for the solution design
• Provide technical advice to the customer during the sales process
• Prepare a business case justification for the chosen concept, taking into consideration ROI, manpower, and investment
• Design the material flow diagram to suit the requirements
• Lead the design activity and guide the evolution of the layout design
• Ownership of the estimation and costing process
• Support and deliver presentations to explain and sell the solution and benefits to the client
• Liaise and collaborate with the wider TGW team for technical, cost, and delivery schedule expertise
• Lead and support during the realisation phase of the project
• Coach and mentor of solutions designers
