Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Solution Engineer to support sales teams by providing business insights, technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and tailored product presentations in the realm of identity, fraud and verification services. This role will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of our GBG solutions.
  • Assist in the technical aspects of bids and proposals.
  • Address and resolve client concerns regarding product integration and customization.
  • Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends to advise and inform the sales team and clients effectively.
  • Learn and develop a deep understanding of GBG solutions.
  • Attend all company sponsored training sessions and apply learned techniques and new products to sales opportunities.
