At Amplitude, Senior Solutions Engineers play a critical role in helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our sales team to both land new enterprise and emerging enterprise customers and expand relationships with existing accounts as we rapidly scale.
You’ll guide product, data, and marketing leaders through technical and strategic discovery, helping them understand how to use Amplitude to build better, stickier, and more engaging digital products. From advanced behavioral analytics to robust A/B testing and experimentation, in-product guides and surveys, and our newest agentic AI capabilities—you’ll showcase the full power of our unified platform to solve real business challenges.
This is a consultative, customer-facing role where you’ll lead product demonstrations, tailor proof-of-concept engagements, and help position Amplitude as a strategic partner. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence our roadmap, contribute to field and product marketing initiatives, and shape how we go to market. In short: you’ll be the technical face of Amplitude to some of the world’s most innovative companies.
