KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as DevOps / DevSecOps / AppSec / Infrastructure Eng.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical sales or sales/solution engineering position
• Hands-on experience in Linux, Docker or Kubernetes, CI Server (Jenkins, TFS/VSTS), git (Github, Bitbucket, GitLab), Artifactory, Build tools (Maven, Gradle, npm, Docker, etc.)
• Experienced with building software pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi, etc… with various DevOps tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP - Mandatory
• Experience with Software Architecture design and product development a plus!

THE ROLE:

The Senior Solutions Engineer role is part of the DevOps Acceleration Group, which essentially drives technical sales and adoption motions. The wider Solutions Engineering Group is a very strong technical area of the sales organisation, which means the role interacts with customers daily to deeply understand their full DevOps landscape and then discover pain points, motivations, and business initiatives that the solutions can address. Once that’s completed, they tailor with the customer and technical solution, delivering value to the customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with customers to ensure their success in their DevSecOps journey leverage of products.
• Partner with the sales team to drive our customer’s journey, build technical wins, and grow champions.
• Educate the community and customers about DevSecOps and products.
• Represent the business in events and conferences.
• Influence the features and roadmap of products based on customer needs.
• Keep current with the latest technology trends related to the DevSecOps landscape.
