We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive technical excellence and network automation initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients and service providers, guiding them through complex automation strategies and multi-country implementations. You will deliver tailored demonstrations, architect solutions for diverse IT and telecommunications environments, and ensure smooth integration from pre-sales through post-sales. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge network automation technologies, influence strategic decisions, and collaborate across multiple regions to create measurable business impact. Remote work flexibility is offered while maintaining close engagement with clients across EMEA. Accountabilities: · Serve as the technical lead across the EMEA region, providing expertise in network automation, orchestration, and multi-vendor environments. · Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver tailored technical demonstrations that meet enterprise and service provider requirements. · Architect and implement solutions that comply with regional standards, including GDPR, ETSI, and other EMEA-specific regulations. · Provide guidance throughout the full sales cycle, from initial qualification to successful implementation and post-sales support. · Build and maintain strong relationships with technical leaders at enterprise organizations to ensure customer success and satisfaction. · Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote best practices and network automation expertise. · 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or pre-sales roles within EMEA. · Proven track record with enterprise customers across multiple countries in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. · Strong expertise in network automation, orchestration, and multi-vendor environments (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Ericsson). · Proficiency with automation and cloud technologies, including Ansible, Terraform, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, and GCP. · Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Willingness to travel 40–60% within the EMEA region. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
