This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in EMEA. In this role, you will guide customers through the technical evaluation of modern container-based solutions, helping them transform how they build, ship, and operate applications at scale. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, shaping technical strategies, leading demonstrations, and driving successful proof-of-concepts. Working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams, you’ll translate customer needs into actionable insights and deliver tailored solutions. You will thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment focused on innovation and continuous learning. \n Accountabilities: Engage with customers to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions, and illustrate how container technologies integrate into their environments. Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase value and secure a strong technical win. Support the sales cycle by preparing technical proposals, presentations, and tailored solution architectures. Provide expert guidance on transforming development pipelines, automating infrastructure, and scaling modern application delivery. Communicate customer insights and technical feedback to sales, engineering, and product teams to shape roadmap decisions. Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, from developers to enterprise architects and executives. Offer ongoing technical leadership through pre-sales and post-sales transitions to ensure continuity and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in technical sales involving distributed systems, infrastructure software, or cloud-based platforms. Hands-on operational experience with Docker or similar container technologies. Strong understanding of developer tools, especially CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications across major cloud vendors. Solid development or scripting experience and strong Linux expertise. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences. Passion for learning emerging technologies and solving complex technical challenges. Prior experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container ecosystems is preferred. Willingness to travel to meet customers and support key opportunities.
