YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Business or Computing discipline or 3+ years’ experience in ITSM solution engineering or similar role.
• Understand each customer’s business, operations, and industry including the strategic business and technology goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining one or more of the following:

• Proficiency in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, FreshWorks, SolarWinds.

• Configure, deploy and integrating ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, SolarWinds Service Desk
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and their practical application.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Python).
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data migration.
• Business-level English skills.
