YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Business or Computing discipline or 3+ years’ experience in ITSM solution engineering or similar role.
- Understand each customer’s business, operations, and industry including the strategic business and technology goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining one or more of the following:
- Proficiency in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, FreshWorks, SolarWinds.
- Configure, deploy and integrating ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, SolarWinds Service Desk
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and their practical application.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Python).
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data migration.
- Business-level English skills.
