JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated ‘Senior Solutions Engineer’ to join our growing team at Storyblok. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with the sales, product, partner and customer success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that address the challenges of our enterprise clients. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, sales process experience and excellent communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience developing websites
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage
• Strong command of the English language
