About the Role We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own Sully.ai’s most strategic technical integrations with healthcare customers. You will serve as the technical quarterback post-sale—leading onboarding, adoption, and long-term expansion—while building the systems, processes, and playbooks that don’t yet exist. This role blends deep technical execution with customer-facing leadership, ensuring healthcare organizations not only adopt but scale successfully with Sully.ai. We’re going after all of it. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding, adoption, and expansion across enterprise healthcare accounts. Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable technical solutions and integrations. Own high-touch customer relationships while building repeatable delivery playbooks. Design onboarding, training, and renewal systems from scratch. Partner with Product & Engineering to remove integration blockers and shape the roadmap. Hard Requirements 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or post-sale technical ownership for complex B2B SaaS ($100K–$1M+ ACV). Hands-on technical experience with APIs, integrations, and scripting. Proven ability to operate independently in 0→1, ambiguous environments. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Track record building scalable post-sale processes, tooling, and KPIs. Nice-to-Have Experience in healthcare integrations, EHR workflows, or payer/provider systems.
