This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical engagements with prospective clients, guiding them through discovery, solution design, and tailored demonstrations. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients understand integrations, data flows, and platform architecture while ensuring solutions meet their business needs. You will also contribute to the growth of the Solutions Engineering function by mentoring team members and creating scalable demo processes and assets. The position is fully remote and provides a chance to influence both client success and internal team capabilities. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless evaluations and deliver high-impact technical presentations. \n Accountabilities Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client systems, needs, and integration requirements. Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to technical and business stakeholders. Advise on architecture, data flows, integrations, and technical fit for client environments. Support complex evaluations including IT/security reviews, proofs-of-concept, and pilots. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs. Build and maintain demo assets, documentation, and repeatable processes to scale the SE function. Mentor and coach other technical team members to strengthen overall team capabilities. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales (SaaS preferred). Strong knowledge of CRM/MAP systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo. Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business value. Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience designing integrated solutions across multiple systems. Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and integration concepts. Experience mentoring or coaching technical or pre-sales team members. Interest or exposure to AI, automation, or conversational technology is a plus.
