Key Responsibilities Regional Presales Support Assist in supporting regional presales efforts, ensuring alignment of proposal responses with client requirements and sales objectives Internal Team Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical, pricing, legal, and marketing to contribute to compelling proposal demonstrations and presentations Continuous Improvement Initiatives Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and maturity in regional presales activities Win/Loss Analysis Support Support the Senior Solutions Consultant in following up on wins or losses to understand underlying reasons and evaluate proposed solutions Person Specifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) Relevant years of experience in a related field (e.g., presales, sales engineering, customer service) Ability to do client presentation with confidence, Proposal delivery & Bid management Knowledge on our key products such as DTE, MP, CPaaS & APIM BA, Tech skills will be an added advantage Experience in Presales is required Strong understanding of the EMEA/ APAC market and client needs Excellent communication and presentation skills Clear and concise communication with internal teams and clients Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams Foundational understanding of company products and services Assessing client requirements and proposing suitable solutions Addressing challenges during presales activities Time Management: Juggling multiple tasks and priorities within tight deadlines Analytical skills to understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions that meet their objectives Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Adapting to changing client needs, market conditions, and internal processes Ensuring accuracy in proposal responses and presentations Prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering solutions to meet their needs
