Description

As Senior Solutions Marketing Manager at realworld one, you will spearhead initiatives to identify major market opportunities for value generation and define strategies to capture them, ensuring our solutions’ value is clearly communicated to target audiences within the Life Sciences sector. By understanding market dynamics and customer needs, you’ll craft impactful value propositions that align strategic goals with marketing execution. Acting as both strategist and storyteller, you’ll drive engagement, support business objectives, and shape the solution roadmap to maximize market impact.

QUALIFICATIONS



    • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong expertise in the Life Sciences sector, with an emphasis on Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools; experience in operations or service operations is a significant advantage.
    • Deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
    • Proven ability to conduct market research that contributes to solution strategy and roadmap development, identifying new market opportunities.
    • Hands-on personality with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling messaging for target audiences.
    Responsibilities


      • Co-create the solution strategy and roadmap by leveraging deep insights into market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, working closely with the Solution Design team

      • Refine and further develop core messaging and value propositions for our solutions, drawing on market research and customer insights.
      • Lead account-based marketing initiatives, including targeted digital campaigns that utilize customer-focused content to strengthen brand and solution value awareness.
      • Independently coordinate and oversee content creation by collaborating with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring high-quality, timely execution.
      • Develop internal enablement content, such as playbooks, guides, and training materials, to empower teams with clear messaging and best practices.
