As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with the business to proactively identify, engage, and assess top passive talent across Finance, Accounting, and Legal roles in the U.S. Collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, you’ll provide a comprehensive view of the candidate market and build strong pipelines through strategic outbound efforts.
