ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will be an integral part of the sourcing team, executing the sourcing strategy and managing end-to-end product development. This role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with vendors, the Brand Development Team, and cross-functional teams to meet calendar milestones and key performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing operations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: (but not limited to) • Product Development Execution: Collaborate with relevant personnel to execute the product development process, ensuring that the brand’s product development adheres to seasonal calendars and expectations. Proactively call out risks/ problems, propose solutions and align internally on action implementation. Monitor seasonal development status and follow through to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with the PSE (Product Supply Enablement) team on the SMS process, supporting issue resolution to ensure on-time sample delivery. Ensure sample costs are submitted on time to hit and support the finance timeline. • Vendor Management: Execute vendor allocation based on allocation set by the Global Sourcing Development Leader. Collaborate closely with Regional Office Sourcing Developers on seasonal development tasks and provide timely feedback to ensure accurate execution. Drive toward achieving Vendor Performance Management KPI criteria and seasonal calendar milestones whilst building vendor accountability and performance expectations. • Data Management & Digital Tool Utilization: Apply strong analytical skills and be proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Tableau and PLM. Monitor data accuracy across development processes. Ensure transparency by communicating with relevant stakeholders and supporting alignment through data-driven insights and structured reporting. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams across Product Planning, Global Materials, Costing, E&P Engineering to ensure smooth seasonal execution. Provide early alerts and proactive updates when potential problems/ risks arise. WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Proven experience in product development and sourcing, with exposure to apparel products.
