JOS DESCRIPTION:

• OSAT, IP, EDA and IC development related suppliers research, evaluation, selection; existing supplier management.
• RFQ, negotiation, assess risk, establishment of contracts and follow-up.
• Work with Product Team, Package Solution Team and suppliers to find quality improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
• Keep improving work/system process.
• Work out allocation between suppliers based on pricing, performance, cycle time and other factors
• Other works from team leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Min 3 years sourcing experience in IC industry.
• International and multicultural experience.
• Experience on Oracle or other ERP system.
• Understanding of sourcing and supply procedures, good communication skills, good cost awareness. Knowledge on IC production process will be preferred.
• Experience on dealing with Foundry or assembly/test or IP/EDA vendors.
• Integrity, good ethics, hard work, have a good team spirit of cooperation.
