Description
Develop, own, and execute comprehensive multi-year category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Manage a portfolio of projects and deadlines, providing oversight and guidance to ensure successful execution. Build and execute a value pipeline by leveraging supplier relationships and market insights. Analyze supplier proposals using financial and non-financial criteria to recommend awards. Manage strategic suppliers through key business reviews, corrective action plans, and coaching. Excellent communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder alignment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with BI tools, Oracle ERS, SAP Ariba, Power BI, Tableau. Skilled in adaptive influencing and emotional intelligence. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Ability to anticipate perspectives and drive adoption of change.
