We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, candidate relationship management, and recruitment processes. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our organization’s success.

EVERY DAY IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and sourcing trends.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sourcing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Extensive/proven experience in talent sourcing
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
• Excellent analytical and research abilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• High level of proficiency in sourcing tools, creative sourcing methods, and recruitment technologies
• A passion for “the hunt” and using innovative, out of the box tactics to find niche talent
• Experience in tech or healthcare preferred
  For this US-based position, the base pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
