Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring tactical sourcing services are provided in a timely and high-quality manner, leading independently RfX, negotiations, and contracting for small value projects, and optimizing Source to Pay processes. You will also be involved managing selected tactical categories, and supporting Procurement/Category Managers in various tasks.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure tactical sourcing services are provided with operational efficiency.
  • Lead independently RfX, negotiations, and contracting for small value projects, aligning with strategic sourcing to obtain best value (price, quality, delivery, etc.).
  • Contribute to optimizing Source to Pay processes and developing procurement systems.
  • Report volumes, performance, and selected KPIs.
  • Ensure high performance, tracked by selected KPIs.
  • Manage selected tactical categories.
  • Create strategy and plans for tactical categories.
  • Standardize processes and executions of services, contributing to and/or implementing development initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support needed for planning using statistical tools.
  • Maintain open communication with business representatives, procurement community, and suppliers regarding progress, results, and performance.
  • Ensure proficient execution throughout the sourcing process.
  • Communicate and build relationships with suppliers and monitor supplier performance to support the SRM process.
  • Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
