Set amidst Queensland’s stunning Sunshine Coast, this purpose-built facility offers flexible event spaces, cutting-edge technology, and a commitment to service excellence and sustainability.
In this role, you’ll help deliver exceptional food for a wide range of high-impact events – from conventions and exhibitions to gala dinners for up to 1,500 guests. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll contribute to menu innovation, uphold culinary standards, and help lead a motivated, collaborative kitchen team.
