ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Sous Chef at Allianz Stadium plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. This position involves leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for menu development, inventory control, and ensuring that every dish meets the company’s high expectations for taste, presentation, and consistency. Additionally, the role requires strong leadership skills to mentor and train junior kitchen staff, while working closely with management to enhance the dining experience and meet the needs of the diverse clientele at Allianz Twickenham.
