EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or CDP in a scratch-cooking restaurant
  • Comfortable with pasta, sauces, and Italian technique
  • Hands-on leader who leads by example in prep and service
  • Calm under pressure and confident in managing a small team
  • Experience with food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
