Work side-by-side with Head Chef Dan, a seasoned pro with 25+ years leading kitchens at Glastonbury, Royal Ascot & beyond. When Dan’s off, you run the pass.
We’re growing fast. Thanks to an incredible summer season and increasing demand, we’re expanding our kitchen team, not replacing anyone, just levelling up to match the buzz.
We’re building something special: a modern coastal kitchen focused on fresh local ingredients, bold flavours, and serious volume - Summer service? Expect 200+ covers a day.
You’ll need to be cool under pressure and fast on the grill.
