  • You will be responsible for leading the team in the day to day operation of the kitchen and acquiring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Assisting in coordinating, mentoring, and skill development of the team members
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive, respectful and high-performing kitchen culture
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
  • Conduct tastings and quality checks
  • Support in stock takes and ensure portion control is observed

The successful candidate

  • Have a proven background in a Sous chef position, experience with seafood would be advantageous
  • You will have strong culinary skills, be highly organised and have great communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen enviroment
  • Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for high-quality food and presentation
