What will you do? * You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of hot dishes. * You will manage the operations within your station, ensuring that your team members work hand in hand. * You will ensure proper storage and processing of food. * You will monitor adherence to hygiene standards. * You will ensure consistent quality standards at your station. * You will coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations. * You will support the Head Chef and Executive Sous Chefs in overseeing daily kitchen operations and service flow. * You will ensure effective communication between kitchen and service teams. What makes you stand out? You can handle hectic situations during peak times well, keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and can handle ingredients with quality and cost awareness. We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,492 gross according to pay group 2 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna.
