We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Chef to join our small team in a fun filled, busy kitchen environment.
Our ideal chef will have a love for all things Burgers, Ribs, Steaks and comfort food. Being a busy kitchen, our chefs must work fast and efficiently, but with a keen eye for presentation and quality.
Daily Duties:
- Prep is key, as our whole menu is prepared from scratch, from slow braised meats, cutting fresh chicken, house made sauces, marinades, garnishes and dry rubs.
- High ticket volumes mean efficiency is key, but quality is always above quantity.
- Hygiene plays a large part in our small kitchen with deep cleans taking place weekly to ensure we always work in a clean environment.
- HACCP Management with minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene & Management
- Daily orders must be managed varying from butchers, bakery, fruit and veg,
- Managing KP’s and kitchen operation during service
- Bringing the banter is crucial, no one wants to work in a quiet, boring kitchen! Gordon Ramsey wannabes need not apply ;)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week

  • Line Chef: 5 years (preferred)
