This role requires someone to use their initiative, be flexible, have the knowledge and understanding of good stock management and budgets and is able to place orders and maintain records and stand in for the Head Chef on days off.
Awareness and understanding of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, and duty of care to customer and colleagues is a must.
