Senior Sous-Chef - OX16 area

  • £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
  • 45 hours per week
  • Flexible working with some daytime only shifts and few late nights
  • 20 days holiday rising after qualifying service period, plus 8 bank holidays

Lime Hospitality is looking for a Sous Chef for this ever ever-expanding wedding and events business. The outstanding opportunity has arisen from the growth in the business, whether it’s for an intimate dinner, a party with pizazz, a pop-up restaurant, a wedding wanting WOW this is what they deliver. Mainly based at one location but needing the ability to drop in other venues and still deliver to the highest standard. Lots of day only shifts, few and far between late nights, this role offers a good work life balance you don’t always find in other roles.

The role:

  • Helping run day to day operations for the business
  • Helping with planning of the events
  • Delivery of top quality food on time, hot and looking amazing
  • Ordering of top quality ingredients
  • Supervision of other staff members
  • Being a real foodie to the business

The candidate:

  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Great attention to detail
  • Calm and punctual nature
  • Has experience in fine dining environment
  • Has experience in weddings and events
