As a Milestones Sous Chef, you support the culinary program in your location. You drive food quality, maintain cleanliness, inspire, and maintain high team morale.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure food quality is at the highest standards
  • Driving knowledge around our food program
  • Work with fellow Chefs on menu execution and improving systems and standards
  • Leading a workforce of over 20 teammates, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Managing and maintaining cost controls of food and beverage as well as back of house labour
