Compensation: $25-$28 per hour plus tips and gratuities
POSITION SUMMARY:
As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of our kitchen. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, you’ll help drive culinary excellence, inspire the team, and maintain the high standards that define the Peak Cellars dining experience.
