SENIOR SOUS CHEF WANTED FOR A UNIQUE STAFF DINING VENUE

Are you a strong Sous Chef ready to step up and take ownership of a high-profile staff dining operation in an iconic venue? We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef to lead the culinary direction of our retail food offer - including a carvery-style station, two hot mains, soups, salads, a deli counter, and a café-style grab & go offer.
This is not your average kitchen role. We’re undergoing an exciting period of change, and we want a Sous Chef who’s ready to make their mark, shake things up, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A confident and experienced Senior Sous Chef, ideally with a contract catering background.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-outlet kitchen.
• Comfortable leading a team and maintaining high standards across carvery, hot mains, soups, salads, deli, and café service.
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal food with strong presentation and organisational skills.
• Looking for something different - a new challenge that breaks away from the norm.
