High end gastro pub is recruiting a Sous Chef to join the team located in Clapham Old Town. Working 7 shifts per week, you can expect to find us with good rates of pay as well as being a part of an established and dynamic team. You will need to be competent at your job, supporting the Head Chef and second Sous Chef.
You will be required on the cook line during service, or on the pass in place of the Head Chef. You must be competent at running a section, reliable, hard working and a team player.
