Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support the Executive Head Chef & Head Chef in leading the culinary team and ensuring exceptional food quality.
  • Develop and implement innovative, high-quality menus aligned with emerging food trends and customer preferences.
  • Manage food, labor, and purchasing costs to ensure profitability within budget.
  • Oversee food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations, including SEMS and COSHH.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure seamless culinary operations on match days, corporate events, and large-scale hospitality functions.
  • Control stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Present menus at client tastings, confidently showcasing dishes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
