  • Have extensive experience working in different types of cuisines
  • Have responsibility for ensuring the brigade complies with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures
  • Being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department, through controlling wastage and maintaining effective control regarding GP and staff
