The Cliff Hotel & Spa is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll take charge of the day-to-day running of the main kitchen, supporting the Head Chef who oversees both main and banqueting operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious chef to step into a senior role at one of West Wales’ most iconic coastal hotels.

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and motivate the main kitchen team.
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Support menu planning and seasonal specials.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and food safety standards.
• Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence.
