Looking for an experienced chef who can harmoniously work with the team while improving the productivity and profitability in a flexible and enjoyable work environment with a small team of chefs in a small kitchen using fresh ingredients, making pizza, pasta, grills and salads. I am planning to get delivery services and the right person will be running this as partner in business. Profits will be shared separately from the weekly wages, So , it would be a great opportunity to get a great pay rate and try his skills on delivery and collection services.
You can find Italian, Turkish and Greek specialities in our menu including some classic British breakfast dishes. We are looking for a hands on sous chef who is following the current culinary trends and improve our menu either with his own dishes or improving current recipes.

We really care about our food and clientele and we are looking for chefs with same attitude. You must be experienced in running a section, following instructions, organising, hygiene and good communication skills. If you know how to stretch a pizza its a plus.
