JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety, with a flair for creativity in the kitchen. As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in in designing our menu and, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. We are looking for someone to advance to a head chef role in the near future and as such this role will be with view of quick advencemnet possibilites due to our head chef trying to take a step back/ retire in the near future

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead kitchen staff effectively.
  • Passion for culinary arts with a creative approach to menu development.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Willing to step up to a head chef role in the near future

    Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
