SENIOR SOUS CHEF – THE STATION HOTEL, BIRSTWITH

We’re The Station Hotel – a much-loved country inn with five cosy guest bedrooms, a sunny beer garden, and plenty of character. Just a short 15-minute drive from the centre of Harrogate, we’re proud to serve fresh, seasonal food to our lovely locals and guests alike.
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sous Chef to join our small, friendly team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.

What the role involves

  • Working closely with our Head Chef to keep things ticking along in the kitchen
  • Making sure our five-star food hygiene standards are always met
  • Cooking fresh, tasty dishes with quality ingredients
  • Supporting and guiding junior team members
  • Keeping on top of stock rotation and kitchen organisation

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef
  • A real passion for good food and fresh ingredients
  • Someone who’s organised, reliable, and a great team player
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene standards
  • Able to get to work reliably with your own transport
