The Tailors House is now hiring for Senior Sous Chef.
We are looking for some one with great leadership qualities and an extreme passion for food.
As Senior Sous you will be expected to work along the Head Chef, creating exciting new menus using local and seasonal products and training younger members of our team to the best they can be. Patience and a calm approach to the job is also very important in this role, we are a very close team, front and back of house.
In the absence of the Head Chef you will be expected to run the kitchen along side our other senior chefs and recreate each dish to the exact standard that the Head Chef has set.
In the past year The Tailors House has won the Taste of Ulster 2024, Best Casual Dinning in Co .Tyrone and we are currently up for best fining dinning in Northern Ireland. We are a very ambitious team and are looking for like minded people.
