As a Senior Sous Chef at Turtle Bay,you’ll be a driving force in the kitchen – leading by example and working closely with the Head Chef to run a slick and successful operation.
You’ll bring bags of positive energy and a calm,can-do approach to every shift. From running a smooth service to mentoring junior team members,you’ll help to create a kitchen environment where everyone can shine.
You’ll take the lead on training and development,help to manage stock and rota planning,and ensure our food is consistently bursting with flavour and quality. You’ll thrive under pressure,support with day-to-day decisions,and step up to lead the kitchen when needed.
