• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook premium steaks to perfection
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Handle food costing and portion control to optimize kitchen budget
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
