We’re now looking for a talented and motivated Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead the brigade, and help drive standards, consistency, and innovation in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
  • Leading and inspiring the kitchen team during busy services
  • Overseeing menu development, prep, and service execution
  • Training and mentoring junior chefs to achieve their potential
  • Managing stock, orders, and controlling costs to meet GP targets
  • Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance
  • Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
