Job Description Fairmont St Andrews is looking for an exceptional Senior Spa & Membership Executive to join our award-winning Spa & Wellness team. As the face of Fairmont Spa & Wellness, you will deliver an elegant, seamless and genuinely personalised experience for every guest and member. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable experiences and driving commercial success. What you will be doing: Deliver outstanding five-star guest and member experiences from arrival through to departure. Lead the daily Spa Reception operation, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently achieved. Drive membership growth and retention through personalised tours, relationship building and member engagement initiatives. Maximise revenue opportunities through treatment bookings, retail sales, membership sales and upgrades. Build lasting relationships with guests and members, anticipating their needs and creating memorable experiences. Support, coach and inspire Spa Reception colleagues, leading by example in service excellence. Maintain the highest standards across reception operations, administration and guest communications. Qualifications What we are looking for: Supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Commercial awareness with a passion for sales and guest engagement. Experience using Book4Time or Opera Cloud is advantageous. Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury hotel or spa environment.
