WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …

We are looking for an experienced Senior Spa Receptionist with a minimum of 18 months experience and has a sparkling personality to join our fantastic team!
As well as immaculate presentation and a professional, friendly manner, you will be able to demonstrate excellent guest service skills and have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
In order to deliver an exceptional five-star guest service, it is also important that you are willing to learn and get qualifications in beauty to allow support to therapists as and when needed.

You will drive 5* customer service standards through the successful management and coordination of a quality team of reception staff. As head receptionist you will be part of the duty spa management team which will involve cover for the business and overall supervisory responsibilities.
You are responsible for monitoring and communicating the adjustments required to the Spa Manager in the day to day running of the spa from inputting therapist schedules, allocating holiday entitlements, collation of stock take data, inputting of stock take data, general administration duties and rectifying immediate issues to the best of their ability.
